From Mcdonald along Morada Ave. (Mcdonald infront of Robinsons Mall) right turn going to M.K. Lina Street. Left of M.K. Lina go straight to the Monument of Claro M. Recto. Turn right to Kap. Luz Street. Immediately turn right again to Obispo Obviar Street. Then Left turn at J.P.Laurel Street along the road is the Granja Sports Center at the right. At the end of the road, turn right seeing the Lipa District Hospital at the left. At the end of the road turn left to Brgy. Kayumanggi. Beverly Hills Lipa is at the left side infront of Brgy Hall and Iglesia ni Kristo Church.
